Jack has always been active from a young age. At the age of 3 he started dancing and what at first started as a hobby soon became his profession.

He worked professionally for 12 years on stages or above them as a dancer and aerialist so being fit and strong has always been very important.

Jack found CrossFit back in 2013 after training in regular commercial gyms most of his life and has never looked back. He eats, sleeps and breathes CrossFit and wants to now share his passion and knowledge to as many people as possible.

“I have been very lucky and travelled the world with my career, and whenever I could I would drop in at local CrossFit boxes and no matter what part of the world I was in even if I could not speak or understand the language I always felt at home and part of their CrossFit family and now some of those people I met are some of my closest friends.

Now I have the chance to share that with you at Colne Valley CrossFit and I can’t wait to meet you!”

Katy was born and raised in Lancaster and grew up playing all kinds of sports but mainly focused on dancing.

At the age of 16 she was awarded a full scholarship to a performing arts school in Chester where she trained for 3 years.

She worked professionally for 10 years travelling the world as a dancer and also as an aerialist where she would perform a solo silk and hoop act.

Katy always brings a positive and fun attitude to whatever environment she is in and members always love her high energy in and out of the gym.

She constantly works hard every day to become the best version of her self and is continually learning to become a better athlete and a better coach.

Katy is currently studying to get her CrossFit Level 1 Qualification and studying towards other CrossFit Courses.
