CrossFit Class-

This is our main class, it is led by a qualified coach in a group setting, with a new stimulus each day so you get a broad well rounded fitness, which has all  been programmed for you so no need to stress about what to do in the gym or how to do it you just turn up and get the work done.


Mum’s and Dad’s CrossFit-

This is exactly the same as our regular CrossFIt class but aimed at our stay at home mums and dads during the day. Come down along with your prams and get a workout done in a supportive and understanding atmosphere.


Open gym-

This is when the gym is not used for classes. During this time you can come in and work on anything you want whether it be Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills or just to get a sweat on! There will always be a coach around you can ask for any advice or help too.

Circuits Class-

A high intensity circuit class designed for all levels giving you a all over body workout.


1 on 1 training-


This is for anyone who wants some extra attention, and wants a programme tailored towards them. Contact us for more information and to answer any questions.

For those who just want to Drop in and try a class and see if its for you, first class is free! Also for other CrossFitters Visiting Huddersfield.
