CrossFit Class

This is our main 60 minute CrossFit class. It is led by a qualified coach in a group setting, with a new stimulus each day so you get a broad well rounded fitness.

Every day brings something new and exciting, so get ready to get after it!

Daily workouts are scaled for all ages and abilities and our head coach is always on hand to guide you throughout.

Specialist Weightlifting Class

This class focuses on the technique of various CrossFit weightlifting movements. The class covers all the important basics of weightlifting and is open to all abilities. Our coach will guide you through all the movements to improve your weightlifting technique and efficiency.

Specialist Gymnastics Class

This class focuses on specific gymnastics movements that are used in CrossFit. The class covers skills such as pull up’s, toes to bar, muscle up’s, handstand pushup’s, etc. This is open to all abilities and helps you focus on gymnastic techniques.

CrossFit KIDS Class

Our CrossFit KIDS classes are designed to teach functional fitness movements in a fun, motivating and engaging group environment.

Classes use a combination of constantly varied games based activities to build children's strength, agility and fitness.

Our fully qualified CrossFit KIDS coaches provide dedicated coaching to develop fitness elements across bodyweight movements, running, jumping, lifting, climbing, gymnastics movements and much more!  

ForeverFit (over 55’s class)

ForeverFit is our friendly daytime class for people aged 55+ who are new or returning to exercise. This 45 min class runs every Wednesday at 10:30am and focuses on increasing / maintaining strength, fitness and mobility.

1 on 1 training-

This is for anyone who wants some extra attention, and wants a programme tailored towards them. Contact us for more information and to answer any questions.

For those who just want to Drop in and try a class and see if it’s for you, first class is free! Also for other CrossFitter’s visiting Huddersfield.
